Elite Spas Northwest performs repairs on all makes and models of hot tubs, swim spas, and swimming pools. Heating problems, plumbing malfunctions, shell damage, and more are all tasks that our skilled staff can take care of.

Service Areas

We are a factory warranty service center for these major brands: Raypak, Coates, Pentair, Trident. We also service the following: Hayward, Gecko, Cal-Spas, Dura-Jet, Waterway, Balboa, Laing, Sta-Rite, Sundance, AO Smith, Aqua Flo, and others. Don't hesititate to contact us if you think you might have a rare or older brand.

Rates for repair jobs are reasonable and will vary depending on the parts and amount of labor involved. For repairs within our service area, we typically charge time and materials.

Service Outside These Areas

If you are outside our service range, consider a consultation call instead, which is based on a fixed rate. We get customers from all over and have methods for dealing with distance, some of which tie in with our Crate and Ship sales and install program.

One common method is for the customer to travel to the Seattle area and visit us in person. This works especially well for customers already planning on visiting for other reasons. You could then come out to our workshop and go through the Elite Package customization process just like our local customers do.

If visiting us in person is too impractical, we can still discuss customization options by phone, email, or contact form to get the first step of your repair started.

With more than 2,500 installations of experience under our belts, Elite Spas Northwest has begun offering phone consultation services in addition to our sales, installation, and repair work.

If you have a question that no one else has been able to answer or won't without charging an outrageous price, chances are good that we'll be able to help with our consultation service for a reasonable fixed rate.
